Private Swimming Lessons

Private lessons can be easily catered to the varying needs of an individual, however largely focus on correct stroke technique and extensions, breathing and enjoyment of the water. Our squad/competitive level instructor will support you with developing a love for the water and propel your swimming ability to the next level. Grit 1

  • Beginner swimmer that wants to learn to float, swim or may experience unease, fear or stress when being around, or in the water.

Grit 2

  • Swimmers refining their stroke skills and breathing technique to become more proficient in the water.

  • 25 minute lessons unless stated otherwise

  • Max 1 people per lesson

  • Water temperature 30 - 32 degrees
